About the Role

Elsner Law Firm is seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organized Marketing Manager to own and execute day-to-day marketing initiatives across digital, local, and community channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, thinks outside the box, and is comfortable managing marketing independently while collaborating closely with firm leadership.

You will work directly with Justin to strengthen brand presence, generate leads, nurture referral relationships, and ensure consistent follow-up and execution across all marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities

Reputation & Local Marketing

  • Follow up with clients to generate and manage Google Reviews

  • Create and optimize Google Business Profile content regularly

  • Monitor and optimize Local Services Ads (LSA) performance

  • Track and report on the effectiveness of all local marketing efforts

Content & Communications

  • Draft quarterly newsletters for:

    • Current and past clients

    • Body shops and chiropractors

  • Build and maintain targeted mailing lists (300–500+ contacts)

  • Update and enhance client-facing materials (welcome letters, welcome boxes, in-person materials)

Social Media & Brand Presence

  • Create and manage content for:

    • LinkedIn

    • Facebook

    • Instagram

    • TikTok (optional but preferred)

  • Provide content ideas and scripts for videos Justin records in-office

  • Edit videos, write captions, add tags, and publish content

  • Engage with other local businesses on social media:

    • Commenting

    • Congratulating wins

    • Running referral or “Give a Gift, Get a Gift” initiatives

SEO & Vendor Management

  • Review and oversee the performance of the SEO vendor

  • Ensure deliverables, timelines, and KPIs are being met

  • Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement

Partnerships, Sponsorships & Community Outreach

  • Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities that increase brand exposure and backlinks

  • Research and recommend local events for Justin to attend

  • Coordinate lunches and relationship-building meetings with chiropractors

  • Explore partnerships with:

    • Body shops

    • Tow yards (including banner placements in lots)

Advertising & Growth Initiatives

  • Research cost-effective advertising options:

    • Print & digital billboards

    • Radio

    • Podcasts

  • Coordinate podcast guest appearances and speaking opportunities for Justin

  • Explore and execute marketing strategies targeting the Spanish-speaking community

Campaigns, Funnels & Automation

  • Support updates to Justin’s “7 Mistakes” book:

    • New cover design

    • Content refresh

    • Landing page creation

    • Email follow-up sequences (Mailchimp or similar)

  • Build a lead follow-up system using:

    • Case management system and/or

    • Email marketing tools (Mailchimp or similar CRM alternatives)


Skills & Experience

Required

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in:

About the Role

Lagersoft is expanding its iGaming operations and is opening a new strategic position: Smartico Platform Manager.
This person will be the in-house expert on Smartico, the leading CRM automation and gamification platform for online casinos.

You will work closely with our team in Brazil (Smartico experts), Product, Tech, Acquisition, and Retention to design, configure, and optimize gamified experiences that increase user engagement, loyalty, and conversion.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands both technical implementation and iGaming user behavior, and who can be the bridge between Spanish-speaking stakeholders and the current Smartico engineering team.


Responsibilities

Smartico Platform Ownership

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize the Smartico CRM & Gamification environment.

  • Create and manage promotions, tournaments, missions, challenges, jackpots, rewards, and loyalty programs.

  • Set up automation flows, triggers, segmentation, and behavioral journeys.

Gamification & Player Engagement

  • Design experiences that improve retention, repeat play, and lifetime value.

  • Monitor campaign performance and propose improvements.

Technical Implementation

  • Work with engineering to ensure Smartico integrations are functioning correctly.

  • Collaborate with the Brazil expert team to adopt best practices and replicate advanced setups.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the technical bridge between Product, Acquisition, and Retention.

Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track KPIs for acquisition, engagement, churn prevention, and reactivation.

Must-Have

  • Hands-on experience with Smartico (CRM, Marketing Automation, Gamification).

  • Experience in iGaming / online casino / sports betting ecosystems.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Developer to lead sales and client acquisition in the Mexican market for our fruit and vegetable commercialization business. You’ll be responsible for expanding our national distribution network, managing relationships with wholesalers and supermarkets, and developing new revenue opportunities in the domestic market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new B2B sales opportunities in Mexico.
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients (60% retention, 40% new sales).
  • Conduct cold and warm outreach to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with operations and accounting to ensure smooth delivery and billing.
  • Report market trends and pricing to leadership.
  • Attend conferences and industry events to represent Mangos Good.
  • Use CRM (Odoo) to track leads, conversions, and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience (preferably in food, export, or agriculture).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles (volume-based business).
  • CRM experience (Odoo preferred).

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Bilingual Legal Assistant (English & Spanish) to support our attorneys and paralegals with client communication and case management. This is a remote role based in Latin America.


Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage client calls with professionalism and empathy.

  • Set up new client files in our CRM (MyCase, moving to BackPocket).

  • Draft and send representation letters.

  • Coordinate with clients about balances, police reports, and updates.

  • Communicate with insurance companies (liability and first-party).

  • Ensure accurate and confidential case records.


Requirements

  • Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken).

  • 1+ year experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Legal Assistant roles.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

  • Background check required.
