About the Role
Lagersoft is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our operations team and play a key role in analyzing business data, identifying process improvements, and implementing data-driven strategies.
This role will focus on optimizing workflows across our Casino, Onboarding, Sports, and Betting modules, ensuring continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
You’ll collaborate closely with IT, Product, and Operations to translate data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions and better business performance.
Responsibilities

Analyze operational data and business workflows to identify improvement opportunities.

Design and implement process optimization initiatives.

Generate reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

Work cross-functionally with IT, Product Owners, and Operations.

Support data integrity and continuous process monitoring.

Document business processes and recommend automation opportunities.

Support decision-making with detailed and insightful data analysis.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or business process improvement.

Strong knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.

Experience working with large data sets and reporting systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
