The Role
We’re looking for a Business Developer for the USA & Canada to lead our international growth strategy, open new markets, and secure key distribution partnerships. This person will be the bridge between our operations in Mexico and our clients abroad — building relationships, identifying opportunities, and turning connections into long-term contracts.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a commercial expansion strategy across the U.S. and Canadian markets.

Identify and engage potential buyers, importers, distributors, and retail partners.

Attend industry conferences and networking events to promote Mangos Good.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms with customers and partners.

Collaborate closely with operations to ensure fulfillment and quality control.

Conduct competitor analysis and provide market insights to guide pricing and strategy.

Manage leads and sales pipeline through CRM (Odoo).

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership.
Requirements
-
3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or export management (food, agriculture, or FMCG preferred).

Strong network or knowledge of produce distribution in the U.S. or Canada.

Results-driven with proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills — comfortable with both planning and doing.

Familiarity with CRM systems (Odoo preferred) and international trade logistics.
