Mangos Good is a fast-growing Mexican company specializing in the commercialization of fruits and vegetables — including avocados, mangoes, lemons, and grapefruit — for the national and export markets (U.S. and Canada). After 10 years in production, we’ve launched a new trading operation and are building a small, agile team to support our growth.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Manager to work directly with the CEO and bring structure, follow-up, and visibility to every area of the business — from sales to operations to finance.
You’ll act as the “glue” of the company, helping turn ideas into action, tracking progress across teams, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This role is ideal for someone with strong business acumen who loves creating clarity in fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO to define priorities, timelines, and measurable goals.
- Follow up on team deliverables and ensure accountability.
- Track metrics: accounts receivable, profitability, operational efficiency.
- Build reports and dashboards to monitor business performance.
- Document and standardize core processes (recruiting, onboarding, sales).
- Support strategy execution (new product lines, export projects, partnerships).
- Act as a bridge between departments (sales, accounting, field operations).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, project management, or business strategy.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Odoo).
- Great communication and follow-up skills.
- High sense of ownership and accountability.
