- Be a main point of contact for assigned clients, keep them updated, and document communication and case activity in CasePeer.
- Stay on top of treatment, provider changes, gaps in care, and other case updates; bring concerns to the attorney when needed.
- Work closely with our records department to identify priority records, billing, and documentation needed to move cases forward and prepare for demand.
- Review incoming medical records, bills, police reports, insurance documents, wage-loss materials, and other evidence to make sure the file is complete and makes sense.
- Confirm and keep current insurance information, claim numbers, adjuster contacts, policy details, and important deadlines.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters and other parties as needed regarding claim status, settlement needs, and case-related information.
- Watch for demand readiness and prepare case summaries, treatment chronologies, medical-expense summaries, wage-loss summaries, and supporting demand materials.
- Track demand submissions, adjuster response dates, settlement offers, releases, and final settlement requirements.
- Keep case files, task lists, and deadlines organized while following firm procedures for documentation, remote communication, and confidentiality.
Qualifications

- Experience with CasePeer is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, RingCentral, and similar cloud-based legal or document-management systems is preferred.
- Strong organization, follow-up, proofreading, written communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and stay accountable in a remote position.
- Professional, compassionate client-service skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
Remote Work Expectations
- Have a reliable, professional workspace and dependable high-speed internet.
- Be available and responsive during established business hours through the firm’s communication platforms.
