Role Overview
We’re hiring a Bilingual Legal Assistant (English & Spanish) to support our attorneys and paralegals with client communication and case management. This is a remote role based in Latin America.
Responsibilities

Answer and manage client calls with professionalism and empathy.

Set up new client files in our CRM (MyCase, moving to BackPocket).

Draft and send representation letters.

Coordinate with clients about balances, police reports, and updates.

Communicate with insurance companies (liability and first-party).

Ensure accurate and confidential case records.
Requirements
-
Fluent in English & Spanish (written and spoken).

1+ year experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Legal Assistant roles.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Background check required.
(Experience with U.S. companies or law firms is a plus, but not required.)
