Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Project Manager to join our team and oversee medium to large-scale web and mobile development projects. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional, high-performing engineering teams to deliver key products, ensuring every aspect of the project is executed with efficiency and precision.

About the Role

Project Delivery & Execution

• Ensure successful delivery of development projects and tasks by adhering to timelines and budgets while maintaining high customer satisfaction (KPI-driven)
• Oversee our development estimation strategy and technical assessments, ensuring accuracy and a data-driven approach
• Drive alignment, clarity, and leadership across the development team—delegating effectively and guiding Development Managers and teammates to exceed our capitalized rate and client success goals
• Continuously optimize and innovate workflows for all development initiatives, adding greater value to our clients
• Document and streamline processes across our development services to improve efficiency and scalability

Client Success & Business Development

• Lead our client success strategy for development projects—actively gathering feedback and identifying areas for service improvement
• Prepare detailed Development and Task Proposals, including budgets and timelines; collaborate with the Sales team to help close new opportunities
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and deliver value across both internal and external stakeholders

Leadership & Strategy

• Coach, guide, and support team members—providing feedback, discipline, and mentorship as needed
• Uphold and enforce company systems, policies, and processes to maintain quality and consistency across all projects
• Foster a communicative, dependable work environment to support team retention and professional growth
• Analyze billable utilization, plan team capacity, and forecast project profitability to maximize operational performance
• Support financial objectives by forecasting budgets, tracking expenditures, analyzing variances, and recommending corrective actions
• Contribute to organizational effectiveness by helping implement strategic plans and supporting technology adoption

• Development Revenue: Drive revenue growth through successful project delivery
• Development Capitalized Rate: Maximize team utilization and billable efficiency
• AR Collection Efficiency: Ensure timely payment collection from clients
• Project Success: Maintain high client satisfaction and on-time, on-budget delivery

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of experience in web & mobile Project Management with strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management best practices
• Proven experience working with U.S.-based clients or accounts (preferred)
• Proficient in using project management tools and frameworks
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively with U.S. clients
• Strong leadership and delegation skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with Agile development and SCRUM
• Experience working with AI tools to automate workflows (i.e. ChatGTP, Claude, etc)

Nice to Have

• PMP certification
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer
• Interest in entrepreneurship
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Project Management, or a related field
