About the Role
We’re looking for Regional Operations Managers (for Mexico, Brazil, and Peru) to lead day-to-day operations and coordinate regional teams.
This position plays a strategic role in ensuring efficient execution across multiple areas — from regulatory compliance and financial operations to IT and product coordination.
Reporting directly to the VP of Administration and dotted-line to the CEO, this role requires a mix of operational leadership, analytical mindset, and business agility.
Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate regional operational teams (2–4 people per country).

Supervise administrative, legal, and financial processes.

Ensure local compliance with regulatory frameworks in Mexico, Brazil, and Peru.

Collaborate with IT, Product Owners, and Project Managers to align on priorities.

Monitor key operational KPIs and implement corrective actions.

Propose process improvements and streamline communication between departments.

Drive data-based decision-making and operational optimization.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business coordination.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with IT and product teams.

Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Understanding of regulatory environments across Mexico, Brazil, and Peru.
