About Mangos Good
Mangos Good is a fast-growing Mexican company specializing in the commercialization of fruits and vegetables — including avocados, mangoes, lemons, and grapefruit — for the national and export markets (U.S. and Canada). After 10 years in production, we’ve launched a new trading operation and are building a small, agile team to support our growth.
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager who can own all accounting, financial, and administrative operations. You’ll set up efficient processes from scratch — managing accounting, payroll, reconciliations with the U.S., and reporting directly to the CEO.
You’ll thrive here if you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable creating order in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting, billing, and financial reporting.
- Handle payroll, bank reconciliations, and supplier/client invoicing.
- Coordinate with external tax advisors (SAT, fiscal compliance).
- Prepare cash flow statements and financial forecasts.
- Oversee administrative tasks, payments, and expense tracking.
- Reconcile operations with the U.S. counterpart (export transactions).
- Implement scalable processes for accounting and finance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience (preferably in trading, logistics, or agroindustry).
- Experience with Contpaq, SAP, or similar ERPs.
- Solid understanding of fiscal management in Mexico.
- Analytical, reliable, and very organized.
- Comfortable in a small team without established processes.
- English proficiency for communicating with U.S. partners.
Why Join Us
- Build the foundation of the company’s accounting and finance function.
- Work directly with the CEO on strategic financial decisions.
- Grow with a company expanding into international markets.
