We’re looking for a Head of Operations to become the founder’s operational #2.
The founder is focused on vision, growth, and new opportunities. Your role is to turn that vision into execution: keep the team aligned, make sure priorities actually move forward, hold people accountable, improve systems, and build an organization that can run without everything depending on the founder.
This is not a traditional project management role. We’re looking for someone who can truly own outcomes, lead people, and improve how the business operates.
What You’ll Own
- Run the company’s weekly operating rhythm, scorecards, priorities, and accountability.
- Lead regular 1:1s with functional owners and help them improve their performance.
- Turn founder ideas into clear plans, owners, deadlines, and execution.
- Maintain and improve the company’s accountability structure.
- Help ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Identify operational problems early and drive them through to resolution.
- Build stronger systems and reduce reliance on manual work and spreadsheets.
- Use AI and automation to improve recurring processes across the business.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a founder’s #2, Head of Operations, Integrator, COO, or similar operational leader.
- Strong people management experience, including coaching, accountability, and difficult conversations when needed.
- Ecommerce experience, ideally across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or similar channels.
- Strong business judgment and ability to prioritize what matters most.
- Highly proactive and comfortable working without constant direction.
- Able to challenge ideas constructively instead of simply agreeing.
- Strong systems mindset and interest in using AI and automation to make the company more efficient.
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
