We are a fast-growing service company specializing in window repairs, sliding door repairs, and garage services across Florida. We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Support Specialist who is fast, smart, organized, and process-driven to manage a high volume of inbound calls and help convert leads into scheduled jobs.

This is a remote, full-time role following Florida business hours.


What You Will Do

High-Volume Call Handling (30–150 calls/day)

  • Answer inbound calls from customers who found us online.

  • Keep calls short, clear, and professional to maximize efficiency.

  • Follow a proven call flow used in the industry (we provide full training).

Appointment Scheduling

  • Book and coordinate jobs with technicians.

  • Schedule appointments 3 hours in advance, keeping the calendar synchronized.

  • Handle fast-changing schedules, multitasking, and daily workflow updates.

CRM & Data Management

  • Update customer profiles, job notes, and appointment information in the CRM.

  • Maintain accurate and organized data at all times.

  • Track follow-ups and job status across the pipeline.

Sales & Follow-Up

  • Convert inbound leads into booked repair jobs.

  • Follow up with previous customers to close jobs that local competitors could not.

  • Earn commissions for each closed job (average closers book 3–5 jobs/week).

  • Handle common customer scenarios; 90% of conversations follow the same patterns.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Speak confidently and professionally with Florida customers.

  • Resolve common questions, objections, or concerns using our scripts and training.

  • Deliver a great customer experience while staying efficient.


Requirements

  • Spanish & English fluency (must be able to handle calls in both languages).

  • Experience in appointment setting, call centers, sales, or customer service.

  • Ability to handle high call volume while staying organized.

  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to follow established workflows.

  • Comfortable working with CRMs, calendars, and digital tools.

  • Fast learner — you do not need industry experience; we train you.

  • Process-oriented with excellent attention to detail.

  • Reliable internet and remote-work setup
