About the Role:
Maximize sales and provide friendly, welcoming customer service. Effectively communicate with customers to determine their needs. Build and maintain customer relationships. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge to foster an authentic sales and service environment. Responsible for achieving personal and store monthly sales goals. Stay informed about seasonal trends. Help maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1+ years of retail sales experience. Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service. Willingness and availability to work during peak business periods. Must be available for all store events. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced work environment. Experience with any digital platform (Adobe, Canva, Photoshop) is a plus. Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
