JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are looking for someone to help us create, analyze, and quote based on customer requirements, processing orders and update CRM systems, processing client invoices, attending billing inbox, as well as general business and administrative support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support and assistance to the Sales team.
  • Work with Sales to enter and process standard customer orders and invoices.
  • Prepare and review quotes, obtain approvals, process orders, and update CRM systems.
  • Generate both standard and non-standard quotes.
  • Follow documentation requirements.
  • File uploads.
  • File downloads.
  • Admin assistance.

QUALIFICATIONS  

  • Fluent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Reliable internet connection.
  • Wired headphones/headset.
  • Dedicated and quiet work environment.
