Job Responsibilities:
• Answer all incoming phone calls live
• Rapidly Respond to online leads sources
• Set 10 appointments per week per active Acquisitions Rep
• Podio (CRM) management
• Marketing Tracking spreadsheet input
• Follow up with potential sellers to set appointments
Qualifications and Skills
• Ability to quickly build rapport over the phone with a friendly and disarming conversational voice
• Display confidence in our company and process, being able to project that confidence over the phone
• Demonstrate the skill to learn as much as possible about the seller’s situation to put us in the best position to both help the seller and acquire the property (Win-Win Scenario)
• Must be persistent and have a “don’t give up” character
• Self-motivated, having the desire to succeed.
• Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• General computer skills with Microsoft Office
• Minimum of high school degree, G.E.D., or equivalent
• Over 2 years of sales experience managing and qualifying leads • Over 2 years of experience with CRM software
• Tech-savvy
• Strong understanding of Google Drive, E-mail, Slack, and Calendar software
• Multi-Task (Must be able to (Must be able to talk on the phone while managing the CRM)
• Fluent English (both written and spoken) is a necessary
